Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of organisations do you work with?

We work with yachts, crew agencies, maritime organisations, and corporate teams, both on board and ashore. Our programmes are tailored to meet the unique pressures and culture of high-performing environments.

How is the Crew Well-Being Programme delivered?

The programme is flexible. It can be delivered in person or virtually, depending on your needs. Modules are available as short 2-hour sessions or in-depth half-day workshops. We’ll work with you to align delivery with your schedule and objectives.

What’s the difference between the app and the training?

The DRIVEN App is a science-based tool designed for self-guided learning and team diagnostics. It complements our training by offering ongoing insight and support. Some clients start with just the app; others combine it with live sessions and coaching for deeper impact.

Can we start small and build from there?

Yes. Many clients begin with a single training session or app access, then scale up based on results and feedback. Our modular approach means you can start where it makes sense and grow from there.

Is this just for crew, or does it apply to shore-based teams too?

It’s for both. While our expertise is grounded in corporate and leadership development, we have a deep understanding of the unique pressures and challenges faced in maritime environments. Our tools, frameworks, and training are designed to support both crew and shore-side teams.

Do you provide certification?

Yes. Our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training includes internationally recognised certification through MHFA England. We also provide certificates of completion for other training modules upon request.
