ABOUT US
WHO WE ARE
We’re a specialist collective of coaches, facilitators, and trainers with deep roots in leadership development, mental health, and high-stakes team environments.
We understand the pressure of life at sea, and the parallel challenges faced by shore-side teams. Our work is grounded in psychological safety, human connection, and practical tools that strengthen resilience, support leadership, and enhance team performance.
Whether we’re training senior crew, facilitating team workshops, or coaching emerging leaders, we help teams build the capacity to thrive under pressure, navigate complexity, and lead with intention.
Our core team includes Matthew Boyle, Charlie Cannon, Chloe Wright, Peter Larkum and Ursula Connolly, experienced specialists in leadership, resilience and mental health training for the maritime sector.
